HeBei BoTou Safety Tools Non-sparking, Non-magnetic Hand Tools are manufactured from
special Aluminum-Bronze (Al-Br) or Copper-Beryllium (CuBe2) alloys
for safe use in Ex zones where hazardous, flammable or combustible
vapors, liquids, dusts or residues may be present.
Our line of non-sparking safety tools consists of hammers, flange
wedges, striking wrenches, impact sockets, screwdrivers, shovels
and other hand tools. They comply with ATEX Directives for Ex Zones
0, 1 and 2 (Flammable Gas, Mists or Vapors); Zones 20, 21 and 22
(Combustible Dusts); and M1 and M2 for mining. Each tool is laser
engraved with the proper Ex Zone classifications, indicating the
zones for which it can be used.
Aluminum Bronze and Copper Beryllium Non-sparking Safety Tools from
HeBei BoTou Safety Tools are specifically designed to eliminate the
risk of sparks at sites where explosive atmospheres may be present.
Appropriate applications include oil drilling platforms,
petrochemical plants,
oil refineries, natural gas installations, ammunition plants,
varnish factories, sugar refineries, grain silos, mining and other
industries where non-sparking safety tools are required. The
non-magnetic feature of these alloys also makes them ideal for
working on special machinery with powerful magnets such as MRI
machines, military de-mining and explosives.
HeBei BoTou Safety Tools are drop forged for the highest quality in hand tools. These corrosion-resistant tools are suitable for use in shipyards, laboratories, and paper and pulp mills, as well as in the pharmaceutical, food product manufacturing and wine industries.
There are a wide variety of non-sparking, non-magnetic tools available for use within specific hazardous environments. These tools range from hammers, flange wedges, striking wrenches, impact sockets, screwdrivers, shovels and more.
Spark resistant tools comprised of Aluminum-Bronze (AlBr) or Copper-Beryllium (CuBe2) alloys are suitable for use in offshore oil platforms, petrochemical industries, shipyards, and paper & pulp mills. They are also suitable for use in the wine, food product, pharmaceutical and other industries.
Non-sparking safety tools are the ideal choice when working in marine and offshore environments. Corrosion and rust can be extremely dangerous in hazardous environments. Impacts involving rust can initiate a thermal reaction which can cause an ignition in an explosive atmosphere.
Non-sparking, non-magnetic hand tools are made of Aluminum-Bronze (Al-Br) or Copper-Beryllium (CuBe2). These alloys are specifically designed to eliminate the risk of sparks at sites where explosive atmospheres may be present. Explosive atmospheres are classified by Ex Zones where hazardous, flammable or combustible vapors, liquids, dusts or residues may be present.
Non-sparking hand tools, also known as spark resistant tools, comply with ATEX directives for Ex Zones 0, 1 and 2 (Flammable Gas, Mists or Vapors); Zones 20, 21 and 22 (Combustible Dusts); and M1 and M2 for mining. Our non-sparking hand tools are etched with the Ex Zone classification into them, thereby indicating in which zones the tool can be used. See chart below for Ex Zone definitions.
